Volume : Blood
Is the canon of photographs and their accompanied writings from 2016- present day of my brothers, who were my heart’s first loves.
The 3 chapters in this volume are dedicated to each of them. Documentation- or rather, praise- for every moment they have loved me, challenged me, shown up for me, been reflections of some beauty to me.
I don’t believe anything that I have ever done has been to the credit of sheer luck, but the gift it is to be bound by blood to these boys is something so beyond me I am often puzzled by what divinity must be looking out for me.
And so, as I unearth the years of me witnessing them grow, they will be resting here- in time.
