“I know that I was formed inside of my mom’s uterus. From you know, a little egg and a little sperm. But where that came from? Where matter and carbon came from? Where did that originate, I honestly have no idea. I definitely don’t believe in God like the one portrayed in Catholicism and Christianity or really any religion. There is like 4,200 different religions as of right now, which I feel that alone let’s you know how much man has taken scripture and made it into something that is just for society. I guess that’s where my doubts come from. I’ve never really had a relationship with the God that other people would say they’ve had a relationship with. But I’m not an atheists though because everything around us is just way too much. Just the complexities of how our bodies work, how evolution took place. I think there for sure has to be something that’s reigning over us. A matured version of our souls. But it’s not a God that hates gays, or thinks it’s a sin to masturbate. I read this story called The Egg and it was the beautiful story about how this guy died and talked to God. And God was telling him that everyone gets reincarnated after they die into another person and the guy asked God what the point was if our souls are just being recycled all the time. And God told him, “Your soul needs to continue maturing so that one day you can be with me.” It was really cool, and kind of resembles how Buddhists feel. They believe in reincarnation, and they think in time you become Buddha. Like, you come back to the source.”
